We spent 3 nights here as a family to visit Florence. From my point of view, it's an excellent solution because it's less than a 30-minute walk to both the historic centre and the stadium, it has very convenient and affordably priced on-site parking, it's in a quiet area, and the hosts, David and Matteo, are very friendly and helpful. Obviously, it's not all perfect (our room could have done with a few more sockets, and the window frames and furniture are a bit worn), but relative to the cost, these are negligible factors. The cleanliness was also excellent, and the classic-style breakfast was good.

Very kind and helpful. They gave us a lot of information for visiting the city and the local restaurants, allowing us to best organise our stay.

I love this place, I come here often. It feels like sleeping in an old-fashioned villa, and it's very comfortable and cosy, just a short walk from Via Gioberti and Campo di Marte station. The welcome and kindness, the very useful tips on the city and the food. But the best thing is resting in peace and security. Thank you, and see you soon!

I always return because for me everything is perfect and I now feel at home. Considering that I come to Florence for work, a comfortable place where I feel at ease and welcome is important to me.
